We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and select international destinations. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by visiting your account dashboard or the Order Tracking page. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to our customer service team at info@puressenceltd.co.uk with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. Please note that certain products, such as perishable goods and personal care items, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@puressenceltd.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label if your return is eligible. Please securely package the items and drop them off at your nearest postal service.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. If you have any further questions about your refund, please contact us.
